was scheduled to depart for Prayagraj, was delayed for almost 1.5 hours at Meerut City station while the track was being repaired. It was eventually rerouted via Ghaziabad at 8:40 PM. The Nauchandi Express, traveling from Saharanpur to Prayagraj, was also impacted and delayed for an hour at Meerut City station before being rerouted via Ghaziabad at 9:00 PM. A passenger train traveling from Khurja to Meerut was halted in Hapur until late at night. The Hapur Station Superintendent, Ajab Singh, confirmed the delays and the rerouting of the trains via Ghaziabad. He also stated that the affected track section was repaired late at night.

Finally, usko raat ke 8:40 PM pe Ghaziabad ke raaste se chalaaya gaya. Saharanpur se Prayagraj jaane wali Nauchandi Express bhi isme involve hui, aur woh Meerut City station pe almost 1 hour tak rukhi, uske baad usko bhi raat ke 9:00 PM pe Ghaziabad ke raaste se chalaaya gaya. Khurja se Meerut jaane wali passenger train ko Hapur mein raat tak roka gaya. Hapur Station Superintendent, Ajab Singh ne delay aur Ghaziabad se trains ko chalaane ki baat confirm ki. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki raat mein hi kharab section ko thik kar diya gaya.
