Also still now NR is reluctant to increase MPS even from 100 to 110 in Moradabad Bareilly Lucknow section, this section really requires 130 mps, also 130 mps too required in Lucknow Ayodhya Jaunpur and Lucknow Sultanpur Jaunpur sections as well. Pratapgarh Janghai doubling is very slow, however they quickly completed Ayodhya wali line(for Ram Mandir inauguration) Infact, all the three lines from Lucknow to Varanasi (via Ayodhya/Sultanpur/Pratapgarh) to be handed over to NER ,Manakpur Ayodhya Sultanpur Pratapgarh Phaphamau section to NER along with Varanasi Cantt station as well to NER and upto DDU outers. Also handover Kanpur Alamnagar section to NCR, Unnao - Unchahar - Phaphamau - Janghai to NCR. NR should be restricted upto Delhi, Haryana, Punjab , Himachal, Kashmir and Western Uttar Pradesh only. Kanpur Alamnagar section ko NCR ko handover karna chahiye, Unnao - Unchahar - Phaphamau - Janghai ko NCR ko dena chahiye.
