However, the promotion has not been welcomed by many. The transfer has sparked debates, with questions raised about the timing and the rationale behind the decision. The transfers, involving only electric engine operators, have also made diesel loco pilots apprehensive about their own future. Meanwhile, the affected loco pilots are trying to overturn the transfer orders.

Transfer hone wale loco pilots me zyadatar 15-20 saal se ek hi jagah pe hain aur retire hone wale hain. Unhe train driver promote kar diya gaya hai, par ye promotion khushi se nahi liya gaya. Transfer ke baad alag alag discussions ho rahe hain, ki itna time kyun laga aur iske peeche kya reason hai. Sirf electric engine operators ka transfer hone se diesel loco pilots ko apna bhavishya lekar chinta ho rahi hai. Sabhi affected loco pilots apna transfer cancel karwane ki koshish kar rahe hain.
