Jaunpur district, and Malipur and Akbarpur in Ambedkarnagar district. The problem occurred around 9:30 AM when the server crashed after a cable cut between Kathari and Jafrabad near Akbarpur. Ticket sales had reached 70,000 rupees in Jaunpur Junction and 33,215 rupees in Shaganj before the server failure. While the cable was fixed around 3:30 PM, the issue caused significant inconvenience to passengers, particularly those seeking tatkal tickets.

district ke Malipur aur Akbarpur station affected huye. Problem subah 9:30 AM ke aaspaas aayi jab Akbarpur ke paas Kathari aur Jafrabad ke beech cable cut hone se server crash ho gaya. Server crash hone se pehle, Jaunpur Junction pe 70,000 rupees aur Shaganj pe 33,215 rupees ki ticket bik chuki thi. Cable ko 3:30 PM ke aaspaas fix kiya gaya, lekin isse passengers ko bohot inconvenience hui, khaas karke un logo ko jinhe tatkal ticket chahiye tha.
