Infact,
when 14227/28 & 24227/28 Varuna was cancelled and 20401/02 Shuttle was inaugurated post covid,
It should have been announced with max 2S + 1 or 2 CC (as per requirement) and GS as per requirement.

reserved ticket allows to have comfortable journey (by not even reaching well way in advance :p e.g. like forming long queue(s) incase of 12533 @ LJN)
I would add a point more - Reserved ticket allows passengers from intermediary stations to have comfortable journey even in a well packed train.
