like the Prayagraj Express, Vande Bharat, Humsafar, Shiv Ganga, Swatantrata Sangram Senani, and Rewa were all crowded with passengers. The railway had operated over 60 special trains, but this was insufficient for the holiday rush. Passengers reported that the trains were jam-packed throughout their journey and it was difficult to even stand up. The situation was so dire that even the AC3 coaches were filled like general coaches. In the evening, trains like Sangam Express and Nauchandi Express were also crowded. Similarly, buses traveling to Varanasi, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, and Gorakhpur were packed with passengers.

AC coach bhi general jaise lag rahe the. Subah Delhi se aane wali Prayagraj Express, Vande Bharat, Humsafar, Shiv Ganga, Swatantrata Sangram Senani, aur Rewa jaisi sabhi trainon mein yaatri utre. Railway ne 60 se zyada special train chalaaye, lekin ye bandobast is tyohar ke liye kaafi nahin dikhi. Train se aaye musafirono ne bataya ki poore raste train jam-packed thi. Raste mein seat se uthna bhi mushkil hota tha. Bheed ki stithi ye rahi ki general coach toh general coach, AC three coach bhi general ban gaye. Sham ko, Sangam Express aur Nauchandi Express mein bhi bheed thi. Trainon ki nahin, baso ki bhi haalat aisi hi rahi. Varanasi, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, aur Gorakhpur ki jo bhi buses nikli, un mein bheed thi.
