lack of maintenance on the tracks if passenger trains are not running. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for Thursday, March 21st. The petition filed by Kamal Kumar Dubey of Bilaspur states that passenger trains under the jurisdiction of the South East Central Railway are being repeatedly canceled.

Bilaspur ke Kamal Kumar Dubey ne high court mein ek janhit yaachika lagayi hai, jisme kaha gaya hai ki South East Central Railway ke andar aane wale kshetra mein yaatri gadiyan lagaatar cancel ki ja rahi hain.
