Indian Railway: आरपीएफ में फेरबदल की तैयारी, एक स्थान पर तीन साल से जमे इंस्पेक्टरों के होंगे तबादले, विभाग ने बनाई लिस्ट

The South East Central Railway (SECR) is preparing for a large-scale transfer of RPF inspectors in its Raipur, Bilaspur, and Nagpur divisions. The transfers will affect inspectors who have completed their three-year tenure at a single post. RPF regulations stipulate a three-year tenure with a possible one-year extension, subject to performance...

and higher authority approval. Inspectors have submitted their preferred locations to the respective divisions, and all applications are being compiled and sent to the Bilaspur zone for consideration. Over 100 inspectors are included in the transfer list, and the Bilaspur zone will review each case to ensure that those who have completed their three-year terms are transferred. There is speculation regarding preferred postings, and officers are considering factors like performance and work style during the transfer process. Officers are also considering placing women inspectors in office roles rather than station or CIB assignments. Officers in Delhi emphasize the importance of considering inspector preferences when making transfer decisions. The current IG of RPF is known to favor hard-working inspectors, leading to expectations of placements based on performance.

South East Central Railway (SECR) mein Raipur, Bilaspur aur Nagpur division mein RPF inspectors ka bade scale pe transfer hone wala hai. Jo inspectors ek hi post pe 3 saal ka tenure complete kar chuke hai, unka transfer hone wala hai. RPF rules ke mutabik 3 saal ka tenure hota hai,...

ek saal ka extension bhi mil sakta hai, lekin yeh performance aur higher authority ke decision pe depend karta hai. Inspectors ne apne preferred location ki list apne respective divisions mein submit ki hai, aur yeh sab applications Bilaspur zone mein ja rahe hai. 100 se zyada inspectors ki list taiyaar ki gayi hai, aur Bilaspur zone un inspectors ke naam pe dhyan dega jinki 3 saal ki tenure complete ho chuki hai. Transfer ke baare mein bahut speculation hai, aur officers performance aur kaam karne ke style pe dhyan de rahe hai. Officers yeh bhi soch rahe hai ki women inspectors ko office roles mein rakha jaaye, station ya CIB assignment ki jagah pe. Delhi mein officers yeh bhi bol rahe hai ki inspectors ke preferences ko dhyan mein rakhna chahiye. RPF ka current IG kaam karne wale inspectors ko bahut pasand karta hai, toh isliye inspectors ko umeed hai ki unka placement performance pe base hoga.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
