and sewing/tailoring training programs for employees' children and women. The meeting focused on providing support to employees and their families. To facilitate the implementation of the proposal, new responsibilities were assigned to various members. Abhishek Shahi (Guard) was appointed head of the Health Cell, while Vikas Kumar (Technician) was designated head of the Education Cell. Sandeep Singh (Senior Technician) was appointed head of the Langar & Service Cell, and Ravi Ranjan (Technician) was appointed office head and special advisor to the General Secretary. Newton Soy and Jitendra Kumar (both Senior Technicians) were appointed organizational secretaries. Jayram Prajapati (Technician) was appointed head of the Public Relations Cell. SP Vishwas (Technician), the association's treasurer, was given additional charge of the Complaints Cell. Sanjay Mahto was appointed vice-treasurer to assist him. The meeting concluded with a minute of silence in memory of Tapas Vishwas, a newly appointed railway employee who died prematurely the previous day. Several railway employees, including those who recently assumed office, attended the meeting.
