Two key new railway lines in Telugu States await push from State governments

The South Central Railway (SCR) is pushing for the completion of two key new railway lines in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh within the next two years. The Kadapa-Bengaluru line, which is being executed by SCR and SWR, has stalled due to land acquisition issues and delayed funding from the Andhra Pradesh government, who requested an alternative route which requires fresh approval.
