Operations Manager in Hubballi. He succeeds Aneesh Hegde, who has been posted as Joint Director (Infrastructure)-I at the Railway Board. SWR, headquartered in Hubballi, Karnataka, is one of India's 19 railway zones, formed in 2003 by combining routes from Southern Railways, South Central Railways, and Central Railways. The railway zone consists of the Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Hubballi divisions, with the Kalaburagi division currently proposed and on hold. The Mysuru Division is set to be recognized as the "Digital Division" upon the successful implementation of its technology harnessing program.
