I feel ASH / LJN - BKHA - MKG + AMS (excl) [4kms + 6kms] sud b dedicated double NER line apart from LKO - LNWT - MKG (4kms) which sud b dedicated double lines for NR. (waise toh, poora LKO - CNB quadruple hona chahiye)
On similar lines,
there sud b 16 kms dedicated double lines from BBK - ML (NR) for AY - BSB section and 16 kms dedicated double lines for BBK - ML (NER) for GD - GKP section.
This way conflict and interference between NR-NER would be avoided or reduced.
