TIA route won't be providing any VB passengers brother ! Rather you will end up losing the few passengers that GAYA would have otherwise provided you. Secondly as per the paper, the problems were faced in the KQR-HZBN-BRKA rail line.
I have said it several times that route is the absolute worst route when it comes to providing patronage to a VB class train. People tend to forget what a debacle RNC-PNBE AC Express used to be, this train will comfortably be the worst VB in terms of patronage.

There should have been planning and proper selection of routes before just launching, rather than PNBE-RNC VB, it should have been started between PNBE-TATA via GAYA,GMO/DHN,PRR would have been a far greater success.
There are multiple trains options between RNC & PNBE, the options between TATA and PNBE are far more limited.

And sadly comes up with a route which doesn't have even a mail/exp....
If they ever considered HZBN important why didn't they provide some intercity train connecting RNC and PNBE; even they are not able to extend Tata Barkakana passenger to HZBN ...and suddenly out of no where plans a VB in the route, feel pity on their planning skills
