There is more reserved AC accomodation than sleeper accomodation in the slip portion.
Yes, that seems to be the reason for 2 AC coaches and single sleeper coach
PF # 3 for UPSK was unusual. So GT/TN would have been provided with extra long stop @ NZM outer due to this berthing.......
