On the Washing line? No. A washing line is just a designated area where the coaches can be washed. There are no technical requirements or restrictions on washing lines based on coach type. The rake can even be washed at a station platform if allowed. LHB or ICF does not have anything to do with the washing line. The same goes for a pit line. It is just a line with a pit in the center for personnel to walk. It is the same for ICF, LHB or a freight wagon.
In some occasions where the pit lines were constructed a long time ago, or not constructed properly, some adjustments may have to be made to...
more... make sure that the dimensions are correct, but practically all pitlines are capable of handling any kind of rake.
Since LHB coaches use different components and have different designs, the coaching depot will need suitable equipment to handle them, and the staff will have to get the training.
EOG's are largely similar between ICF and LHB. The difference is more in the coach shell and bogies than the diesel engine and the electronics. In fact a lot of coaching depots do handle maintenance of ICF EOG type trains while not catering to LHB trains.
