I regularly travelled in this section. This may help you.
(1) - when Pooja arrive GGN right time , it will travel upto Alwar right time with action of 90-100 in GGN-RE and 100-110 in RE-AWR.
After that between Alwar and Bandikui (60km) track is single line and Pooja has to stop for crossing of Ashram Express. Mean time it get delayed between 30-40 mins. After Bandikui it does action at 100-110 and recover the time and reach JP about 10 mins late. Shatabdi remain far behind. Shatabdi usually don't overtake unless Pooja...
more... late more 30 mins from delhi itself. As everyone don't able to travel in Shatabdi, Pooja is best choice in GGN-JP section in morning. So it is difficult to change the time of both trains. After doubling of AWR-BKI , there will not be such problem.
(2) - In return direction ,both pooja and shatabdi recahes Jaipur right time. After JP upto BKI track is old and trains don't reach 110. so get delayed between 10-15 mins. Then again in BKI-AWR section Pooja waits for crossing of Ashram and get late by 30-35 mins. But there is 40 mins slack time between Khairthal and Rewari , so every train reach Rewari on time (you can check Pooja reach at 20:15 and Shatabdi at 21:00).
In Rewari-GGN section , from past 2 months, due to electrification work , trains are not allowed on mps. So get delayed by 20-30 mins.
