*News appears biased and aimed at tainting the IRlys, instead of appreciating the great effort by RM/IR to help onboard paxs through twitter handle, the report squarely blames the RM.
*All the twitter requests are entertained irrespective of the train in which paxs is travelling or the class of ticket of the paxs. Poor people are not in a position to tweet and Blaming RM for poor people not having twitter account/ smartphone is also not justified.
* Even illiterate & poor persons can take help of educated co-paxs to tweet,...
more... and if the poor is not smart enough, then too RM is not to be blamed. Blaming RM for twitter halp is height of negative/baised journalism.
* Provision of a milk is very easy as it can be supplied from canteen/ tea stall located at station and providing advanced (surgical/trauma/ICU/OperationTheater facilities, Doctors, Nurses, Specialists etc) medical facility for seriously injury is very difficult not always possible. The comparision is funny
* Media should propose the solutions to help the needy and try to help in implementation, rather than just accusing the govt. or system . Proper system should be developed and enforced at national/zonal/divisional/station level to help the injured persons at stations with relevant contact numbers, addresses of nearby doctors/ hospitals etc., so that injured get proper medical help at the earliest.
