first of all , Padmavati belongs to SC division and SC division has to give the rake or else shift the base to TPTY.... giving a new rake for a bi-weekly Padmavati via DMM was not considered till now ..may be due to non-availability of rakes ...maybe they might have thought that why to disturb the working pattern.. or pit line availability to maintain that new rake either at SC/TPTY..

and more over after changing the days of operation to Sunday dep from TPTY, it's running with close to its full occupancy ...so SC Padmavati rake is a gone case..it will continue as is...
the Padmavati slot via BZA was being considered for TPJ-SC weekly as SC was asking SR for another train from MAS side with Monday morning arrival at SC..most probably that slot will be fully utilised that way in coming days...it will take time to materialize ..
