is it ok to show the screenshot of ERS instead of the printout as mentioned in the above excerpt from irctc email but the irctc call center reps are insisting on taking a printout and they dont know about the screenshot version when asking for clarity on this they connect me to senior ex. but no one picks up the call
I have bymistake entered the wrong mobile number so cant use that option.
can someone help me on this issue??
