Why 12393/94 Sampoorna Kranti Express is named as SF, when it doesn't have any priority and runs late throughout the year. Never follows its time table, then why such an attractive time table. All these three zones NR, NCR and ECR are just running it for the sake of money, but there is no priority of a SF and it always runs around 12-18 hrs late and gets cancelled many times. Nobody gives a thought for the passenger who books a ticket 2 months prior hoping to reach his home and he gets a cheat from railways in the name of SF and many times is left helpless when the train gets cancelled, as then no alternative is...
more... left. It used to be quite punctual train prior to formation of NCR and ECR, then why suddenly after creating of new zones for better management, the management of this trains has gone down. Can Railways refund anxiety and trauma faced by passengers in peak seasons, when there is no hope to get reservation in any other train as soon as the train gets cancelled. My request is kindly look into the matter and stick to your words of providing better services to passengers or else change your words.
