Moderate rainfall is expected in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from January 25th to 28th. Other trains like the Durgiyana Express, the Sealdah Duronto Express, and the Sealdah Express also faced delays of several hours. Consequently, the departure times of several trains from New Delhi have been altered. The Purva Express, which was originally scheduled to leave New Delhi on January 23rd at 5:40 PM, is now scheduled to depart at 9:30 PM. On January 21st, the minimum temperature in many parts of Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh remained below 2-4 degrees Celsius. NR is a Mamoth when compared to KR ..
Much more people depend on NR for daily regional and local commute than KR.
NR can just over come this problem by take standardisation and cancellation of low performing trains ..
these bigger delays are due to late incoming trains at the terminals … this can be resolved …

Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, aur Rajasthan mein aagla hafte tak khadaake ki thand chalta rahega, aur uske baad temperature mein kaafi kami aayegi. Punjab aur Haryana mein maximum temperature 9-12 degree ke beech rahega, aur northern Rajasthan, Delhi, northwest Madhya Pradesh, aur Uttar Pradesh ke kuchh hisson mein 13-16 degree ke beech rahega. Ye temperature normal se 4-9 degree niche hai. Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, northwest Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, aur Jharkhand mein minimum temperature 6-15 degree ke beech rahega.
