I booked in Pushpak express and got in B3 15 SL But pushpak exp has only 3E coaches. If after chart preparation my ticket gets degraded to 3E will i get same seat number i.e 15 SL or my seat no gets changed.
If you booked online your difference of fare will be credited in your account and if you booked through PRS counter you will receive difference of fare with onboard TTE.
That's ok but what about my seat preference I got side lower but after chart preparation will i get same seat preference side lower
IR will not change in already booked seats (in most cases) but final seat allocation can be change in upgrade / downgrade class when final chart prepared. So fingers crossed.
So railway has imposed economy class on people. Fare being charged of 3ac nd berths being allotted in typically conjested economy class.

The decision has been reversed and 3ACE fare is only collected for 3ACE.
That means they are making people pay and then later refund of difference. Hope it is being done,still a sad affair to see. After 26th july in 12534 no booking in 3A visible at irctc and the worst 3E class is all there. This govt. knows only robbery and making people fool.
What is M1 to M9 in this train? is it 3A? Actually I want to position of coach number B4.

It is happening in some trains. You had option of claiming full refund if you did not like 3E option. But if you are already traveling, IRCTC will return 3A-3E fare difference to your original payment source (bank account, card, etc)
