Funny thing is that they could have just added 6 or so AC coaches to Rajya Rani and called it a day; if they so really wanted folks to have AC travel here. No need to run a separate train and waste more fuel.

Monoplegias are quite rare themselves, moreover he is an adult, I haven't come across any adult case personally. And strokes are one of the most common cases in the ER.

The railway is exploring the feasibility of extending the train to Varanasi. There are existing shuttle trains and other trains connecting Lucknow to Varanasi, including the Bareilly Varanasi Express. The Vande Bharat Express has vacant seats, while the State Rani and Nauchandi trains are experiencing waiting lists. On September 15th, 16th, and 18th, the Vande Bharat Express (train number 22489) had 281, 289, and 360 vacant seats in the chair car, and 30, 18, and 26 vacant seats in the executive class, which costs Rs. 2365. The State Rani Express (train number 22453) had 35 waiting list passengers across its chair car and AC classes. The Nauchandi Express had waiting lists for all classes for the next three days. The Daily Passenger Association President, S.S Uppal, suggests extending the Vande Bharat to Prayagraj instead of Varanasi for the benefit of people traveling to the Allahabad High Court. The Vande Bharat Express is the fastest train on the Meerut-Lucknow route, taking only 7 hours compared to the 8:25 hours of Rajya Rani Express and 9:30 hours of Nauchandi Express. The train departs from Lucknow Charbagh at 2:45 PM and reaches Meerut at 9:55 PM daily. The return journey starts from Meerut at 6:35 AM and reaches Lucknow at 1:00 PM. The train operates six days a week, except on Tuesdays, making stops at Moradabad and Bareilly during both journeys. Useful, although whenever I have observed RKMP-REWA VB mostly runs this empty and only have decent occupancy when there is festival season, but thank you for pointing out that's not the case all the time.
Yeah I like this tri-weekly idea, let's see if someone in RB or even in WCR comes with or not.

Yes 1st charting always shows lots of empty seats, but I have seen a very good number of passengers getting deboard and board at RKMP in REWA VB.
So its obvious that many of them have booked in Current Booking or onboard from TTE.
Although to point out that REWA doesn't provide good number of passengers to it due to its rather inconvenient timings, most takers are from Satna and Jabalpur. That's why I though that instead of REWA it can go upto PRYJ to fetch more number of passengers as...

They might have placed Rake at LKO not MTC , at LKO they can use this rake in multiple VBs .
The only solution to the present condition of this VB is its revocation and utilisation of rake on LKO MB SRE CDG route !
