Munger station is in ER but Munger bridge is in ECR. That's why so much slack is given for all trains at Munger station

95% of the entire Bridge which is in water & land before Sabdulpur Jn is under ECR. 5% part which is in Munger city is under ER I think

No, majority part of the bridge comes under Munger district. Almost Half part of the Ganges water flow through Munger while another half through Sabdalpur,( BGS) part. So, the ratio of control over bridge may be 60:40 between ECR and ER.

Yes ECR has major control I think. In system map of Malda Div ending point is marked before water & very close to Munger station , so it is controlled by ECR if I am correct

Atal Bihari Vajpayee ke shaasankaal mein Munger ke railway bridge ko green signal mila tha aur tab se hi iske double karne ki maang bhi uthti rahi hai. Par ab DPR ready ho jaane ke baad logo mein iski umeed jagi hai. Munger mein railway line ke double karne ko lekar final location survey kar liya gaya hai aur DPR ready kar liya gaya hai. Iske tahat drone aur photo grammetry technology ka use karke aerial survey kiya gaya tha. Ab jaake iska DPR banaya gaya hai. Jamalpur Munger railkhand ke double hone se is rail khand pe trains ki aawazahi badhegi aur yaatriyon ko various types ki suvidha milegi. Jamalpur ke Y lane ke double karne ka kaam samapn hone se Bhagalpur se Munger hote hue Khagaria aur Begusarai jaane wali train ki sankhya mein bhi izafa hoga aur iska fayda Jamui aur Banka ke logo ko bhi milega. Ab logo mein is railkhand ke double karne ki umeed kaafi tej ho gayi hai.
