Railway Ministry extends Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat Express to Mangaluru

The Vande Bharat Express, operating between Kasaragod and Thiruvananthapuram, has been extended to Mangaluru Central. The new route will be effective from an early date. at 3:05 pm. The return service, Thiruvananthapuram-Mangaluru Central VB Express, leaves Thiruvananthapuram at 4:05 pm and reaches Mangaluru Central at 12:40 am the next day. The primary maintenance of the eight-car rake will now be done at Mangaluru Central. The existing schedule for Tuesdays will remain unchanged, with the train not operating on that day between Kasaragod and Thiruvananthapuram.
