Mahavatpur and Tattiri, alongside a bus stand in Baghpat. The Baghpat-Baraut-Khekra Development Authority drafted the Master Plan in June 2022, and after receiving 568 objections and suggestions, it's been revised. Public feedback is currently being solicited from June 19 to 30, followed by public hearings from July 3 to 5. The finalized Master Plan, after incorporating the feedback, will be submitted to the government for approval.

June 2022 mein Baghpat-Baraut-Khekra Development Authority ne yeh master plan draft kiya tha, aur 568 objections aur suggestions milne ke baad, isme revision kiya gaya hai. June 19 se 30 tak public se feedback maangi jaa rahi hai, aur uske baad July 3 se 5 tak public hearings honge. Feedback ko include karne ke baad final master plan government ko approval ke liye bheja jaayega.
