the past 45 years. The 'Parivartan Panel' is a coalition of various labor unions including the 'Mens Congress All India Logo Running Staff Association Card Council' and the 'Track Maintainer Union'. This win is seen as a step towards addressing alleged irregularities in the bank's operations. There's a strong sentiment for the separation of the South Eastern Railway Zone from the combined committee of Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, and Bilaspur, which the Mens Union had opposed, and the 'Parivartan Panel' victory might pave the way for this to happen.

li aur 45 saal se aagey rahe Mens Union ko sirf do hi seaton se santosh karna pada. Is jeet ka matlab hai ki bank mein kafi badlaav aane wala hai. Logon ka maanana hai ki bank mein bahut saare ghalat kaam ho rahe the aur 'Parivartan Panel' ki jeet se bank mein safai aayegi. Bahut saare log yeh bhi chahte hain ki South Eastern Railway Zone ko Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, aur Bilaspur ki committee se alag kar diya jaaye, aur Mens Union isme roka ban gaya tha. Ab is jeet ke baad yeh change bhi ho sakta hai.
